A few things to know.
What is a micro wedding?
A smaller, more intimate wedding celebration with close family and friends, focused on meaningful experiences rather than a large traditional reception.
How many guests can we invite?
KLAS Studio can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated celebration or up to 100 for a cocktail-style reception. We’ll confirm the right layout and package for your guest count during your venue tour.
Is the venue rental included?
Yes. Private venue use during your booked event is included in the Micro Wedding Package, along with tables, chairs, plates, glassware, cutlery, a sound system and microphone.
Are the DJ, photo booth, and decorator included?
Yes. The package includes four hours of DJ entertainment and four hours of photo booth service. The decorator provides table covers, centrepieces, and flowers. Specific décor selections and event arrangements are confirmed when booking.
Is bar service included?
Bar service is available at an additional, separate price. Ask the KLAS team about options and pricing during your tour or when booking.
Can we visit before booking?
Absolutely. Book a free, 30-minute private venue tour below to explore the space and discuss your wedding plans.
How do we secure our wedding date?
Your wedding date is secured once your booking is confirmed and the required 50% non-refundable deposit has been received. Dates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking a venue tour does not reserve your wedding date.
Can we customize our celebration?
We would be happy to discuss your ideas, preferences, and any additional services you may want. Customizations may involve additional charges.
Can we hold our wedding ceremony at KLAS?
Please discuss ceremony requirements during your tour so we can confirm whether your preferred setup can be accommodated. The advertised package is designed around the wedding reception.
